Flat Rate Postage and Handling

Endless Event has a Flat Rate P&H Policy. That means that you can order 1 item or 100 items from our website, and have them shipped to you for the one minimal price!

Our Flat Rate Shipping is $9.00 for Customers in Australia or New Zealand, and $29.00 for Customers in US, UK, Europe, China, India or any other country worldwide.

Free Postage

Occasionally, some of our items come with free postage! Keep your eye out for these great bargains!

Special Postage Items

A small amount of our products are Special Postage Items - They will be marked clearly if this is the case. This does not mean it costs any more for postage. It means that, unlike other items in the same order, it will take between 2 and 4 weeks to get to you. We thank you for your patience, as this importantly helps to okeep the costs down for various not-for-profit organisations that we work with. Special Postage Items are also not available for Registered Post of Gift Wrapping. Other items in the same order are still posted out to you on the next business day as usual, and other items are, of course, still available for Registered Post and Gift Wrapping to multiple addresses.

Packages to other countries around the world usually arrive between 2 and 5 business days of ordering. Depending on where you are located, every package arrives at its destination between 2 and 10 business days if you live in a metropolitan area of a major city (except for Special Postage Items). Other places may take slightly longer. We always use Airmail for the fastest delivery.

Returns

All items come with a Refund Policy on any production faults and will be replaced.

Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy applies to any item with a functional production fault and will be replaced if the item is sent back in brand new condition in its original packaging. The Refund Policy is not valid if faults are due to inappropriate and negligent use of the item. All sales are final. If you have a defective item, which you wish to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 business days from the date you receive the shipment. the customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We will make a replacement depending on our available stock. Defective items must be returned within 20 days from the day you report the problem. All returns must be intact. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted coverage. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. If defective situation is reported over 10 business days after delivery, payments are not refundable. However, if you genuinely have a problem with an item we would certainly like to know about it so we can see what we can do. If you have any questions, please send an email to us at sales@endlessevent.com.

Registered Post

If you spend over $100 on our website, we organise for your item/s to be shipped to you via Registered Post at no extra charge!

For all other orders, Registered Post is available for an additional $6.00 at the checkout. Registered Post offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting and a signature on delivery.

Delivery

We post everything within 1 business day of you having ordered it, so most packages being sent to Australia will arrive in 1 to 2 business days, depending on where you are located (visit the Australia Post website and type in your post code for exact delivery time frames).
